Where to find unlimited Seedance 2.0 after Runway retires Unlimited

Runway retired its Unlimited plan on June 1, 2026. The two platforms still selling "unlimited Seedance 2.0" (Loova, Topview) gate the offer behind an annual commitment and a 720p cap, while the per-second math favors credit platforms (Hedra, BytePlus) and a Magnific-led hybrid beats both.

Short version

What to remember

  1. 01

Runway retired its Unlimited plan for new subscribers on June 1, 2026, replacing it with Max at 9,500 monthly credits. Explore Mode for third-party Seedance 2.0 generations is not yet documented in Max.

  2. 02

Only Loova and Topview still advertise "unlimited Seedance 2.0". Both require annual billing, cap unlimited generations at 720p, and queue-throttle based on upstream compute load.

  3. 03

Loova Max ($59.40/mo annual) gives 7 days of unlimited standard Seedance 2.0 and 365 days of unlimited Fast. Topview Ultra ($50/mo annual) gives 30 days of unlimited standard Seedance 2.0 per year, with 500 credits per month for the other 11 months.

  4. 04

For 1080p audio-bound Seedance 2.0 work, the per-second math favors credit platforms: BytePlus ModelArk Pro at $0.03/sec, Hedra Professional at $0.15/sec with 14,400 credits per month, FAL.ai at $0.242 to $0.303/sec.

  5. 05

The Magnific hybrid uses Kling 2.5 unlimited (Premium+ tier) for prompt iteration at no marginal cost, then renders audio-bound finals on Seedance 2.0 via API. It avoids the annual lock-in entirely.

Where to find unlimited Seedance 2.0 after Runway retires Unlimited

TL;DR. Runway's Unlimited plan was the easiest "unlimited Seedance 2.0" pitch in the market, and it was retired on June 1, 2026, with the new Max plan capping you at 9,500 monthly credits. As of this writing, only two platforms still advertise "unlimited Seedance 2.0" (Loova, Topview), and both gate the offer behind an annual commitment with a 720p cap and visible queue throttling. The actual cheapest path for high-volume 1080p Seedance work is a credit plan (Hedra, BytePlus API), and the practical answer for most working creators is a hybrid: prototype prompts on Kling 2.5 unlimited inside Magnific, then render the audio-bound finals on Seedance 2.0 via API.

The cheapest verified pay-per-second path for 1080p Seedance 2.0 with audio is BytePlus ModelArk Pro at $0.03/sec. Open the calculator with the exact workload below to see the per-render cost across every plan that covers it.

Migration target

If you came here because Runway's Unlimited plan retired on June 1, 2026, the practical move for a working creator shipping Seedance 2.0 audio-bound work is one of three paths, ranked by per-second cost at 1080p:

  1. BytePlus ModelArk Pro at $0.03/sec — pay-per-generation, no subscription, audio included. The cheapest verified public route. Open the calculator above to see the exact total for 500 seconds (about 8 minutes) of 1080p output.
  2. Runway Max at $76/mo with 9,500 monthly credits. The new home for the Seedance 2.0 work Runway Unlimited used to absorb, now credit-gated instead of uncapped.
  3. Hedra Professional at $75/mo with 14,400 monthly credits, for creators who already use Hedra for character and want one bundle covering Seedance, Hedra Character, and Studio.

The unlimited pitches from Loova and Topview are still on the table but they cap at 720p and require annual commitment, which is the wrong shape for 1080p audio-bound work. See the decision matrix below for the volume math.

What changed on June 1, 2026

Source: Runway help center, Unlimited plan details, verified 2026-06-02.

Runway's Unlimited plan page now opens with this notice:

Max will replace Unlimited as our high-volume creation plan for all new subscribers on June 1st, 2026. If you're currently on Unlimited, your plan will automatically switch to Max on September 1st 2026.

The Unlimited plan, as it existed through May 2026, gave subscribers a generation mode called Explore Mode. Explore Mode was the only place on Runway where Seedance 2.0 generations were uncapped. The plan was $76 per month on annual billing, or $95 per month on monthly billing, and included 2,250 monthly credits for tools that did not support Explore Mode. Veo 3 and Veo 3.1 were excluded from Explore Mode. Seedance 2.0 was included.

The new Max plan, per runwayml.com/pricing, costs the same ($76 per month annual, $912 per year), but replaces the "unlimited in Explore Mode" framing with a credit allotment. Max subscribers get 9,500 monthly credits, more than four times the 2,250 that Pro and Unlimited subscribers get. The marketing language has shifted from "infinite generations" to "highest generation volume" and "first access to newest models." It does not say "unlimited." Unused Max credits roll over one month. Pro and Unlimited credits do not.

The official changelog does not say whether Max will keep Explore Mode for third-party models like Seedance 2.0. As of 2026-06-02, the Max pricing page lists "Access to all third party video models (Seedance 2.0, Kling 3.0 Pro, and more)" without specifying the generation mode. Until Runway publishes that detail, the only defensible read is that Max is a credit-gated plan, not an unlimited one.

Where "unlimited Seedance 2.0" actually lives now

Two platforms currently advertise unlimited Seedance 2.0 generations. Both are annual-commitment.

Loova

Source: loova.ai/pricing and loova.ai/ai-video-model/seedance/seedance-2-0, verified 2026-06-02. The platform has a public API at docs.loova.ai and has been independently reviewed (iLounge, March 5, 2026, "Testing Seedance 2.0 on Loova").

PlanEffective monthly on annualAnnual costCredits/moSeedance 2.0 standardSeedance 2.0 Fast
Lite$15$180300No access10 free generations
Pro$39.20$4701,20020 free + 7-day unlimited7-day unlimited
Max$59.40$7133,0007-day unlimited365-day unlimited
Ultimate$119.50$1,4348,000365-day unlimited365-day unlimited

Three things to read into that table before you commit.

The "365 unlimited" badge on Max and Ultimate means 365 days of unlimited access, not 365 generations. On the Max tier you get 7 days of unlimited Seedance 2.0 standard, then unlimited on the Fast variant only. To keep unlimited on the standard model year-round, you have to upgrade to Ultimate at $119.50 per month on annual billing. The 7-day and 365-day unlimited badges are listed under "EXCLUSIVE OFFER" on the annual pricing block. The monthly billing price for Max is $99 and for Ultimate is $249, but the public page does not specify whether the unlimited window is included on the monthly cycle. The most defensible read is that the unlimited window is part of the annual commitment, not the monthly one.

A pattern worth naming, because it shows up across the "unlimited" pitch in this space: the Fast variant is unlimited on lower tiers, and the standard model is the one behind a higher annual lock. Fast variants trade quality for cost on the provider's side, and the platform passes the savings along as a marketing line. If you are benchmarking outputs on standard Seedance 2.0 and switching to Fast silently changes the model, you are not getting the same thing you tested.

The third thing is the throttling. A r/Seedance_AI thread from late April 2026 documents that Loova generations queue faster when China is asleep. The pattern is consistent with how ByteDance-routed compute is throttled: a smaller Chinese-speaking support window and a less-loaded time band. It is not a bug. It is the price of a platform that resells access to upstream compute at a flat monthly rate.

Topview

Source: topview.ai/pricing and trytopview.com, verified 2026-06-02.

PlanEffective monthly on annualAnnual costCreditsSeedance 2.0 standardSeedance 2.0 Fast
Pro$16$192960/year upfrontCredit (4 cr/4s, ~240 videos)Credit (2 cr/5s, ~480 videos)
Business$44$5283,000/year upfrontCredit (4 cr/4s, ~750 videos)7-day unlimited
Ultra$50$600500/month reset30-day unlimited per year at 720p7-day unlimited

Three reads here.

First, the "unlimited Seedance 2.0" you actually want on Topview, if you want it at all, is the Ultra annual. The 30 days of unlimited Seedance 2.0 standard at 720p is the highest unlimited window in the public pricing. For the remaining 11 months of the year, Ultra subscribers go back to the credit pool. At 4 credits per 4 seconds at 720p, 500 credits per month covers 500 seconds of standard-quality Seedance 2.0 per month. Past that, you buy top-up credits or use the relax lane.

Second, the 720p ceiling is structural, not promotional. The 30-day unlimited on Ultra is at 720p. The credit consumption on Business and Pro is at 720p. If you need 1080p, the entire Topview catalog drops you to credits, and the per-second cost at 1080p is roughly 2x the 720p rate. The "unlimited" pitch and the 1080p path are not on the same plan.

Third, the marketing copy elsewhere gets this wrong. A Medium article in late April 2026 ("Why Topview Is the AI Video Platform Built Around Seedance 2.0," by Yousuf Rafi Ahmed) described the Business Annual as "365 days unlimited" on Seedance 2.0. The actual Topview pricing page, verified 2026-06-02, does not show 365 days unlimited on Seedance 2.0 at any tier. The Business tier gives 7 days on the Fast variant only. The Ultra tier gives 30 days on the standard model at 720p. When third-party content marketing disagrees with the source page, trust the source page. The earlier article was likely written during a different promo window, or it conflated the image-model 365-day unlimited with the Seedance line.

There is a math problem with the Topview Ultra offer that is worth naming. You are paying $600 per year for a 30-day unlimited window, plus 500 credits per month for the other 11 months. The annual cost divided by the unlimited window alone is $20 per day for those 30 days. The 500 credits per month cover roughly 16-17 seconds of standard-quality video at 720p per day, averaged across the month. For working creators shipping Seedance content weekly, the unlimited window opens, you burn through as much as you can in 30 days, then you spend the next 11 months rationing credits. The "unlimited" pitch is structurally a pre-pay-for-a-flash-sale, not a subscription benefit. That is why so many readers of the earlier Medium article wrote in confused.

The throttling pattern, named

Across Loova and Topview, the "unlimited" tier shares a structural pattern. It is not unique to either platform. The pattern is the same one the reddit thread from late April 2026 documented for Higgsfield's 7-day window: every "unlimited" pitch in the Seedance 2.0 reseller market is built from the same three pieces.

  • Annual commitment first. No platform currently advertises an unlimited Seedance 2.0 window on a month-to-month plan. The "365" or "30" in the badge counts days, not generations, and the days only start when you lock in the annual billing.
  • 720p cap second. Every unlimited window is at 720p. 1080p work on the same platforms drops back to the credit pool. The "unlimited" badge does not transfer to higher resolutions.
  • Fast-tier substitution third. Lower-priced unlimited tiers (Loova Pro, Loova Max, Topview Business) substitute the Fast variant for the standard model. The standard model is the one behind a higher annual lock. The Fast variant is cheaper for the platform to deliver and the difference in quality is real, not cosmetic.

The platform that breaks any of these three rules for less money does not exist in the public pricing as of 2026-06-02. The rules are the price of admission to the "unlimited Seedance 2.0" label.

The Magnific hybrid

Magnific (formerly Freepik, rebranded in April 2026) does not advertise unlimited Seedance 2.0. What it advertises, on its Premium+ tier, is unlimited Kling 2.5 720p generations, alongside a long list of unlimited image models.

Kling 2.5 is the older of two active Kling versions on Magnific. Kling 3.0, the newer version with native 4K and audio, is credit-gated on Magnific. The unlimited slot is the older one, at 720p, with a generation queue that runs in relax mode during peak hours. Kling 2.5 is not Seedance 2.0. The motion, the camera behaviour, the prompt adherence are not the same model.

The hybrid looks like this:

  1. Write your prompt once. Generate a 5-second test on Kling 2.5 unlimited inside Magnific. You can run 50 variations in an hour at no marginal cost, because the slot is genuinely uncapped.
  2. When the prompt reads right, port it to Seedance 2.0 for the final render, where audio is what you are paying for. Seedance 2.0's edge over Kling 3.0 is beat-sync, lip-sync, and 16-input multimodal reference, all audio-bound. If your final render is silent, you can stay on Kling 2.5 unlimited and skip Seedance entirely.
  3. If you need both audio and the 1080p tier on the Seedance final, run that one render through a credit platform, not a subscription. That is the cheapest path to high-resolution audio-bound Seedance work.

The cost math for the hybrid is roughly: $0 for prompt iteration, $0.05 to $0.30 per final render at 1080p with audio, depending on the credit platform. For most working creators shipping Seedance content weekly, this is what "unlimited" actually looks like in practice, and it does not require an annual commitment.

The hybrid is not for everyone. If you need Seedance 2.0 specifically for every clip, including the test renders, the hybrid is the wrong shape, because the audio cost gets baked into the iteration loop. The hybrid only pays off when you can decouple prompt iteration from audio-bound finals.

The cheapest per-second option for 1080p

For high-volume 1080p Seedance 2.0 work, the credit platforms beat the unlimited pitches at a specific breakeven. Two paths are worth knowing.

Hedra Professional, $75 per month

Source: Scopeful pricing calculator, 2026-06-02. Hedra publishes its own pricing at hedra.com with the same Professional tier at $75 per month and 14,400 monthly credits. The Hedra review on PromptsRush and GAGA.art cross-check the credit allotment.

At the calculator defaults (Seedance 2.0 1080p, 500 seconds of output, 10,080 credits consumed of the 14,400 allocation), the effective rate is $0.15 per second at 1080p, with audio included. The unused 4,320 credits do not roll over; the next billing cycle resets the pool.

Hedra is not a Seedance-only platform. The same credit pool covers Hedra's character tools and other models. For a creator shipping 500 seconds of 1080p Seedance 2.0 per month, with a long tail of other video work, this is the cleanest bundled offering on the market today.

BytePlus ModelArk, $0.03 per second at 1080p

Source: BytePlus ModelArk Seedance 2.0 docs, verified 2026-06-02. Cross-checked against VidScore's Seedance 2.0 pricing guide and EvoLink's Seedance 2.0 route.

If you are paying per generation, BytePlus ModelArk direct is the published baseline: $0.01 per second on Seedance Lite, $0.03 per second on Seedance Pro, both at 1080p with audio included. A 10-second 1080p Pro clip with audio costs $0.30. A 5-second 1080p Lite clip costs $0.05. The catch is the prepaid credits minimum, the developer onboarding, and the policy filter that is stricter than what the consumer platforms expose.

FAL.ai is the next-cheapest verified public option at $0.242 per second Fast 720p or $0.303 per second Standard 720p. WaveSpeed lists $0.10 per second Fast 480p, which is the cheapest verified public rate, but caps at 480p resolution. Atlas Cloud lists a near-floor $0.101 per second Fast tier, which is reported but unverified. For 1080p work with audio, BytePlus is the cleanest pay-per-second bet.

The decision matrix

Three numbers decide which path to take: monthly Seedance 2.0 output volume in seconds, whether the output is audio-bound, and whether you will commit to an annual plan.

Volume (1080p)Audio-bound?Annual ok?Pick

The 720p cap on Loova and Topview is the line most people miss. The "unlimited" pitch is for 720p. The 1080p path on those platforms drops you into credit consumption, which negates the entire reason you were paying for the unlimited slot in the first place. If 1080p is non-negotiable, the unlimited tiers are not the cheapest path. They are the most convenient path for a specific output quality.

The annual commitment is the other line most people miss. The "365-day" or "30-day" window only starts when you lock in annual billing, and the savings on annual are tied to a credit pool you cannot recover if your volume estimate is off. If you would not commit to a 12-month gym membership for a 30-day unlimited pass, do not commit to the Topview Ultra plan for a 30-day unlimited Seedance 2.0 window. The Hedra Professional plan at $75 per month, no annual commitment, no unlimited badge, gives you the same per-second predictability for high-volume 1080p audio-bound work.

When this post goes stale

Runway has not published the Max plan's third-party model policy yet. Loova's and Topview's annual promo pricing rotates on a 30-day cycle. BytePlus adjusts Seedance 2.0 credit costs when ByteDance's legal situation shifts. Re-verify the per-second numbers in the Scopeful calculator before you commit. The only durable claim in this post is structural: "unlimited" Seedance 2.0 in 2026 is annual-lock, 720p-capped, and queue-throttled by design, and the credit path wins the per-second math at most realistic output volumes.
