Terms of Service

Effective April 18, 2026 · Last updated June 3, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of Scopeful(the “Service”), available at scopeful.org(the “Site”). Scopeful is a product of Supering Technology LLC (“Supering”, “we”, “us”), a Wyoming limited liability company. By accessing the Site, creating an account, signing in with email or Google, downloading a skill, generating an MCP API key, starting a Pro checkout, or using any authenticated feature, you agree to these Terms. If you create an account or start checkout on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or create an account. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

1. What Scopeful is

Scopeful is a publicly available reference that compiles, normalizes, and publishes pricing data for third-party AI creative tools (image, video, and music generators) so visitors can compare options in US dollars. It is not a marketplace; we do not sell the underlying third-party tools, process payments for them, or fulfill their orders.

The Site also offers optional features that require an account and (in some cases) a paid Scopeful Pro subscription:

  • A personal library for saving skills, workflows, collections, and posts.
  • Downloadable agent skills (free with an account, or Pro-gated).
  • Long-form Pro content (articles, tips, videos, workflows, collections).
  • An authenticated MCP (Model Context Protocol) endpoint that lets coding agents query our pricing engine programmatically.

2. Informational only — not professional advice

The content on the Site is for general information. Prices, feature descriptions, rankings, calculator results, and MCP API responses are notprofessional, financial, legal, tax, or procurement advice and should not be used as the sole basis of a purchasing decision. Always verify current pricing, feature availability, and contract terms directly on the vendor’s own site before you buy.

3. Pricing accuracy

We verify prices manually and refresh the dataset on a regular cadence. Despite this, vendor pricing changes constantly, promotions may come and go before we notice, and our normalization logic may not capture every edge case of every plan. Pricing shown on the Site, in the calculator, and in MCP API responses can be inaccurate at any given moment. We make no representation that the Site is current, complete, or error-free. If you spot a discrepancy, email hello@scopeful.org and we will review it.

4. Affiliate disclosure

Some outbound links on the Site are affiliate-tagged (marked with “aff”). If you click one and later make a qualifying purchase, we may earn a commission from the vendor at no additional cost to you. This disclosure is made pursuant to the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255).

Our editorial rankings are not determined by whether a vendor pays a commission. We rank tools by cost-per-unit using a consistent, published methodology, and several top-ranked tools on the Site have no affiliate relationship with us. We also place short affiliate notices near affiliate links or on pages where affiliate links appear.

5. Accounts

You can create a Scopeful account by signing in with email (one-time code) or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in method secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts are personal — do not share your sign-in or your MCP API keys with anyone else. We may suspend or terminate an account that we reasonably believe is being shared, transferred, or used to abuse the Site.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age set by your local law) to create an account. By creating one you confirm that you meet that age requirement.

You can sign out at any time from your account menu. You can delete your account entirely by emailing hello@scopeful.org. If your Pro subscription is active, request cancellation before deleting your account or contact us so we can help cancel it. Deletion removes your profile, library, MCP keys, and notifications. We may retain limited subscription and billing history where required by tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention law (see our Privacy Policy for detail). Account deletion does not automatically erase records that Creem, tax authorities, payment networks, or other required processors must retain.

6. Scopeful Pro plans

Scopeful Pro is an optional paid membership that provides the Pro features shown on the Pro page at the time you buy. Pro features may include Pro articles, videos, workflows, downloadable Pro-only skills, a personal library, and higher MCP/API limits. The exact features, limits, price, billing period, taxes, discounts, and renewal terms are shown before checkout.

Monthly Pro

Monthly Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. By starting Monthly Pro, you authorize Creem, our Merchant of Record and payment processor, to charge your payment method at the price, billing interval, currency, taxes, and renewal terms shown at checkout. You can cancel before the next renewal through the customer portal linked from your account or by contacting hello@scopeful.org. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current paid period unless required by law or expressly stated at checkout.

Lifetime Pro

If offered, Lifetime Pro is a one-time payment for continued access to the Lifetime Pro benefits described at checkout for as long as Scopeful materially offers the Pro product. Lifetime Pro is not a recurring subscription. “Lifetime” does not mean that any specific feature, third-party integration, price data source, MCP endpoint, or downloadable item will remain available forever. We may change or discontinue features for legal, security, technical, vendor, or product reasons, but we will not intentionally convert a paid Lifetime Pro account into a monthly subscription without your separate consent.

Payment processor and Merchant of Record

Pro payments are processed by Creem. Creem may collect billing details, tax information, and payment data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not receive your full card number, CVV, or complete billing details. Where Creem is the Merchant of Record, Creem handles payment authorization, receipts, invoices, taxes, payment disputes, and payment-method updates.

Digital content and immediate access

Pro provides digital content and online services. If you are an EU, UK, or other consumer with a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right, you may have a right to cancel within a limited period. Where the law allows, we may ask you during checkout to request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose the statutory withdrawal right once the digital content or service is provided. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived.

Refunds

Except where required by law, Pro fees are not refundable after access begins. We will review refund requests for duplicate charges, billing errors, fraud, failure to receive paid access, or other exceptional cases. Mandatory consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights, chargeback rights, and non-waivable rights under your local law continue to apply.

Price and feature changes

We may change Pro prices, discounts, included features, and limits. For existing recurring subscribers, any price increase will be announced by email before it applies to a renewal, with at least 14 days’ notice or any longer notice required by applicable law, payment-network rules, or the checkout provider. If you do not accept the new price, cancel before the renewal date.

Marketing communications

Account, security, access, billing, and service messages are part of operating the Site and may be sent even if you opt out of marketing. Marketing emails are optional. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time by using the unsubscribe or preference-center link in the email, or by contacting hello@scopeful.org.

7. Downloadable skills — license

Scopeful publishes installable skill files (markdown, JSON, and related assets) that you can download from the Site once you are signed in. Unless a specific skill file states a different license inside the file itself, we grant you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and embed the skill in your own agent installations and projects (personal or commercial). You may not resell the unmodified skill files as a standalone product, re-host them as a competing skill marketplace, or use them to train a competing AI agent-skill catalog.

Pro-only skills require an active Scopeful Pro subscription to download. The license above continues for skills you downloaded while subscribed even if you later cancel Pro, but you will lose the ability to re-download or receive updates without a new subscription.

8. MCP API

The Scopeful MCP endpoint exposes our pricing engine as a set of tools that authorized coding agents can call. To use it you must create an API key from your Pro account page and include it in the Authorization header of each request.

Rate limits. Free accounts are limited to 100 successful tool calls per UTC month; Pro accounts are limited to 3,000 calls per UTC month. Limits may change with reasonable notice. Sustained attempts to exceed the limit, share keys, or fan out requests from many accounts to bypass the limit may result in throttling, key revocation, or account suspension.

Key handling. Treat your API key like a password. We only ever show the raw key once, at the moment of creation; afterwards we store a SHA-256 hash only and cannot recover or display it again. If a key leaks, revoke it from your account and generate a new one.

No SLA. The MCP endpoint is provided as-is on a best-effort basis and is not subject to any uptime, availability, or response-time service level agreement.

9. Agent features, user content, and generated outputs

Some Scopeful features may let you submit prompts, messages, uploads, images, provider settings, API keys, or other materials, and may return generated text, images, video, audio, workflows, files, or other outputs. You retain any rights you have in materials you submit. You grant Scopeful a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and create technical derivatives of those materials only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the requested features.

You are responsible for your prompts, uploads, connected provider accounts, API keys, and use of outputs. Do not submit content that infringes rights, violates law, contains sensitive information you are not allowed to share, or violates any provider terms.

AI and generation outputs can be inaccurate, offensive, incomplete, or similar to content generated for others. We do not guarantee that outputs are unique, legally protectable, non-infringing, safe for commercial use, or suitable for any particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them.

If you connect your own provider API key, the provider may charge your account directly. Scopeful is not responsible for provider charges, provider outages, provider policy enforcement, or provider decisions to suspend or terminate your provider account.

10. Intellectual property

Our content.Except for third-party trademarks and content, the Site — including its design, layout, text, the structure and contents of its pricing database, its normalization methodology, our editorial Pro content, and our authored skill files — is owned by Supering Technology LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view, print, or share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may use authored skill files under the license in Section 7. You may not republish, scrape, resell, or build a competing product from our pricing data, Pro content, or skill catalog without our prior written permission.

Third-party content. Tool names, logos, screenshots, and plan names referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes under nominative fair use. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or partnership unless explicitly stated.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use automated means (scrapers, bots, headless browsers) to extract data from the Site at a rate that burdens its infrastructure, or to rebuild our pricing dataset, Pro content, or skill catalog for a competing service.
  • Share, sell, lease, or otherwise transfer your Scopeful account, your Pro subscription, or your MCP API keys, or use another person’s account or keys without authorization.
  • Use any method — including multiple accounts, free-trial churn, or technical workarounds — to circumvent the Pro paywall, the MCP rate limits, or any other access control.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the Site’s source code, probe for security vulnerabilities (outside any coordinated disclosure we publish), or defeat any security, authentication, or rate-limiting measure.
  • Interfere with other visitors’ use of the Site.
  • Use the Site in violation of applicable law, including export-control and sanctions laws.
  • Misrepresent Scopeful content as your own or claim false endorsement by us.

12. Third-party sites and vendors

The Site links to third-party tools and services. We do not control, and are not responsible for, their content, policies, privacy practices, availability, or pricing. Your interactions with those third parties — including any purchase — are solely between you and them.

13. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a notice that meets the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to hello@scopeful.org, with the subject line “DMCA notice”. Include identification of the copyrighted work, the URL of the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature. We may forward valid notices to the affected contributor and may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site, including Pro content, downloadable skills, and the MCP API, is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we specifically disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy or completeness of the pricing data. Your use of the Site is at your own risk.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supering Technology LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for Scopeful Pro in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitations above; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Supering Technology LLC and its owners, officers, employees, and contributors from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

17. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site, including Pro features and the MCP API, at any time. For changes that materially reduce your rights as a Pro subscriber, we will give you at least 14 days’ advance notice by email so you can cancel before the change takes effect. We may also update these Terms; the “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a change materially reduces your rights, we will also highlight the change at the top of this page for 30 days.

18. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms that is not resolved through informal negotiation within sixty (60) days will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

If you are a consumer resident in a jurisdiction (for example, the EU, UK, or certain US states) whose laws guarantee you the right to bring proceedings in your home courts or to invoke mandatory consumer-protection rules, this clause does not override those mandatory rights.

19. Severability and waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect and the unenforceable provision will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right on a given occasion is not a waiver of that right on any other occasion.

20. Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Supering Technology LLC regarding the Site and supersede any prior understanding. Where you have separately accepted Creem’s terms in connection with a Pro purchase, those terms continue to govern the payment relationship with Creem.

21. Accessibility

We aim to make Scopeful accessible and usable by as many people as possible. If you have difficulty accessing any part of the Site, email hello@scopeful.org with the page URL and the issue, and we will work to provide the information or feature through an accessible alternative.
