I spent yesterday building a skill called /paper-sync. It keeps a Paper canvas and your code in live sync. You edit a color on the canvas, run /paper-sync, and the token file plus any primitive component style that changed gets updated. No describing the color in chat. No regenerating the whole screen. No 90% right output with 10% of hand-patching after.

Claude Design launched Thursday. Figma dropped 7% the same day, down 49% YTD. Every AI design tool on the market generates well but adjusts poorly. You describe every tiny tweak in chat, they regenerate, and you lose the thing you liked. That round trip is the friction everyone keeps eating.
I wrote the full argument up as a blog post on igorgridel.com. Short version: prompts can't adjust, they can only regenerate. The moat is the adjustment loop, and Paper plus this skill is one shape of it.
Honest: not the usual workflow bundle. This is for designers and developers using Claude Code with React and Tailwind who want to skip the describe-in-chat loop. If you're here for the next ComfyUI drop, it's coming. I just wanted to ship this while the launches were fresh.
Everything else is in INSTALL.
